What Sharehouse does

Sharehouse is a private app for a single family sharing one house. It keeps the shared calendar, maintenance list, expenses, visitor plans, and household information in one place instead of scattered across group texts.

• Calendar — who is staying and when, with overlap warnings
• Maintenance — what needs fixing, who is handling it
• Expenses — what was spent on the house, and by whom
• House Vault — WiFi, lock codes, and utility contacts
• Feed — updates and alerts for everyone in the house

Joining a house

Sharehouse is invite-only. To join, you need the six-character invite code for your family's house, which any existing member can share with you. Enter it on the "Join house" tab when you create your account.

Without a code you cannot join a house or see any of its information.

Common questions

I forgot my password. Email us at the address above and we'll help you reset it.

My invite code isn't working. Codes are six characters and not case sensitive. Check with the family member who gave it to you that it is still current.

I want my account deleted. You can delete it yourself in the app: tap your initials in the top-left corner, then Delete my account. This permanently removes your account and the things you added to the house — your posts, the maintenance items you created, your calendar stays, your visitors, what you were bringing, and the expenses you paid for. It cannot be undone.

Privacy

Sharehouse stores the name and email you sign up with, the content you post to your own house, and a device token used to deliver notifications. Your information is visible only to members of your house. It is never sold and never shared with advertisers.
